Staffers from AARP Colorado will be sharing information about livable communities and volunteer opportunities during this year’s Denver PrideFest weekend, June 15-16.

The festival is the largest celebration of LGBTQ pride in the Rocky Mountain region, with 400,000 people expected to enjoy a variety of activities, including a parade, live music and a 5K race. More than 250 exhibitors and food vendors will offer their wares over the weekend.

Produced by the Center on Colfax, the free event will be held at Civic Center Park, at 101 W. 14th Ave., in Denver.

AARP Colorado will have a booth on Sunday, June 16.

The parade is also on June 16 and begins at 9:30 a.m. on Colfax Avenue, with festivities continuing throughout the day. Learn more at denverpride.org.
