Tell Your Legislator to Protect Older Adults From Cryptocurrency Scams

State representatives will soon vote on a bill that introduces protections for Illinois residents from frauds and scams at crypto-ATMs.

In 2024, $5.7 billion was stolen from cryptocurrency scams -- and older adults lost the most. Victims in their 60s claimed $1.18 billion stolen through fraud.

Help make sure seniors don't continue to lose their hard-earned money to sneaky modern scammers.

Click to email your state representative and tell them to VOTE YES to the Digital Asset Kiosk Act (SB 2319) and bring registration requirements, disclosures and transaction limits that will keep consumers safe.
