Take Survey to Guide Legislative Agenda

Posted on 11/30/20 by The AARP Bulletin

AARP Montana, which uses its powerful voice in the state capitol to fight for older adults, wants to zero in on the concerns of residents 50-plus to develop its priorities when the Legislature convenes on Monday, Jan. 4.

AARP Montana is conducting a statewide online survey of members to help guide its advocacy efforts during the upcoming 90-day session.

“Whether they’re in their 50s looking forward to retirement or older Montanans looking at options for home- and community-based services, we’re gauging their opinion,” said Mike Batista, AARP Montana’s government affairs director.

Bills typically are drafted by the end of December, so AARP Montana encourages members to go to the online survey and take a few minutes to fill out the 8-question survey. Take Survey Here>>
