Take a Virtual Trivia Tour with AARP

Posted on 12/06/20

Navigating the Coronavirus pandemic can actually be fun! COVID-19 has made us all a bit more internet-savvy, and AARP is here to help you find new ways to connect with others online. AARP trivia games can keep you socially connected and safe at home.

AARP Volunteer Brenda deLooze, who takes the lead on AARP’s national online trivia games, likes to cross state lines to find fun in every state. She plays from her North Carolina home, and can travel the country virtually and safely!

“I volunteer as team captain each month for the national games, and I play state games if they don't fall on same day as a national game, “ says Barbara. “I enjoy meeting new people and then having them on my team! I love it when they come back for another game in a different state.”

AARP trivia games are a fun way to learn about national and state information. You can play AARP’s national game, or a localized state game. AARP state games feature questions based on some local knowledge and AARP initiatives, like communities, transportation, fraud, or other policy issues.

“I really like winning, too!” says Barbara. Apparently, Barbara is one of many trivia buffs who like to play in a different state all the time and learn new things. You can register for AARP trivia games HERE.
