Take a Mid-Week Fitness Break with AARP Hawai`i

Breath, laugh, stretch and center yourself Wednesdays at 8 a.m. from April 20 through May 11 with AARP Hawai`i and popular fitness instructor Cat Sawai.

The free webinars are designed to help those feeling “mid-weak” re-energize to make it through Friday and the weekend.

Register for a Zoom link by going online to aarp.org/hi or the AARP Hawai`i Facebook page and click on Upcoming Events to see all the events AARP offers. The fitness webinars will also be simulcast on Facebook Live on the AARP Hawai`i Facebook page.
