AARP members and guests are invited to join us for a series of four sessions that aim to reduce stress, improve your mood, relaxation, posture, flexibility and your overall balance and wellbeing!

A licensed personal trainer and fitness consultant will provide a rich experience and modified program so even individuals with mobility and flexibility issues can participate.

Tai Chi is a slow and gentle exercise that is suitable for older adults and offers many benefits of flexibility, muscle strengthening and endurance. This 45-minute series could improve your health and wellbeing – all done in the comfort of your home!
