Step into Better Health: Spring Walking Series with AARP Pennsylvania

Posted on 02/28/25

Walking is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward a healthier, happier life. It’s a simple, low-impact exercise that supports heart health, strengthens muscles, sharpens the mind, and boosts overall well-being—all while giving you the chance to enjoy the great outdoors.

This spring, AARP Pennsylvania invites you to explore the beauty of the Lehigh Valley through a FREE walking series guided by AARP volunteers. Whether you're looking to stay active, meet new people, or discover new trails, these group walks are a perfect way to get moving and connect with your community.

Join us on eight select Tuesdays this spring as we walk at some of the region’s most scenic parks and trails. These walks are designed for all levels, with options to accommodate different paces and distances.
