AARP Fraud Watch Network

With the help of the Indiana Secretary of State’s and Attorney General’s offices, AARP Indiana took the fight to fraudsters and scammers last week.

Kelly Greise of the Indiana Secretary of State’s office and Tamara Weaver of the Indiana Attorney General’s office joined Jason Tomcsi, AARP Indiana Communications Director, for a Tele-town Hall on fraud and scams.

The trio outlined tactics that today’s criminals are using to take advantage of the 50 plus community, as well as discussed the wealth of resources available to Hoosiers to combat fraud and scams.

If you missed the Tele-Town hall, you can listen to it at https://vekeo.com/event/aarpindiana-47363/.

Hoosiers from all over the state asked questions and shared personal experiences so that everyone can be better-protected. Take a listen and arm yourself with information that can save you a lot of heartache and a lot of your hard-earned money.
