CHARLOTTE – Until recently, scientists believed that the human brain was pretty much fixed early in life. Experts thought that when humans were born, our brains had all the cells that we were ever going to have. But that is no longer thought to be true. Regardless of age, our brain is constantly changing.

At each of these area workshops, you will learn how to take charge of your brain health through the six lifestyle pillars of a lifestyle that healthy brains as we age. The workshops are free, but registration is required by using the links below.
