Spokane Walking Series: Get Moving with AARP!

AARP Washington and BECU invite you to take steps toward a stronger, more connected community! 

Join AARP Spokane for our monthly Saturday morning walk series designed with older adults in mind. Along the way, you’ll learn about a range of helpful topics, tips, and resources—such as fraud and scam prevention, family caregiver supports, Social Security, and other issues that matter to you.

Led by local AARP Washington volunteers, these walks are a fun and welcoming way to stay active, socially connected, and informed. Whether you’re a casual stroller or a brisk walker, all activity levels are welcome—no one gets left behind.

Each walk includes:

• 🎁 Free giveaways and prizes just for participating.
• ℹ️ Practical tips and trusted resources from AARP on topics important to older adults, including fraud and scam prevention, family caregiver supports, Social Security, and more.
• 🤝 Opportunities to connect with others in your community and build meaningful friendships.
