Sip & Sing Fridays with Bay Street Theater!
AARP Long Island is proud to present a virtual, interactive, FREE sing-along series, Sip & Sing hosted by Bay Street Theater. AARP members and guests are invited to join us every Friday at 5:00 p.m. EST from September – December.
According to a new AARP-founded Global Council on Brain Health (GCBH) report, it shows the power of music on the brain! Let’s sing, dance and move to the beat that could help improve mood, memory and more.
All events will take place at 5:00 p.m. EST every Friday of the month until December 2022:
