Shred Personal Documents for Free June 1 in Minot, Grand Forks

Take this simple step to help protect yourself from identity theft by having sensitive personal documents shredded for free on Saturday, June 1, in Minot and Grand Forks.

A shredding truck will be at each location between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. The event is open to the public. There is a limit of two boxes.

The Minot event will be held in the south parking lot at the Minot Municipal Auditorium, 420 3rd Ave. SW.

The Grand Forks event will be held in the former Kmart parking lot at Grand Cities Mall, 1726 S. Washington St.

Documents to be shredded should be removed from binders, but staples, paper clips, CDs and floppy discs are okay to be shredded.

Take a key step in identity protection by shredding and properly disposing of sensitive paper documents as well as CDs and floppy discs.

Shredding services are provided by Kalix in Minot and Docu Shred in Grand Forks.
