Sen. Ossoff discusses prescription drugs in Telephone Townhall

ATLANTA, Ga.-- AARP Georgia hosted a live Telephone Townhall event to discuss the lower prescription drug prices and the $35 cap on insulin. Senator Jon Ossoff was in attendance and answered questions from callers and even promised to follow-up with some of them by the end of the day.

The event took place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 9:45 a.m. EST.

The call was a great opportunity for AARP members across Georgia to ask questions about issues important to the 50+ community.

The event was moderated by AARP Georgia State Director Debra Tyler Horton.
