What are the essential music reads of all time? AARP Minnesota is teaming up with The Current to create a list of the very best music books for any music fan. From artist biographies and genre deep dives to concert memoirs and stories set in music stores, we want to know your favorites!
Submit your Top 10 essential reads to be included. We'll be revealing the results of your submissions on November 13 at a 4:00-6:30 p.m. happy hour at Number 12 Cider in Minneapolis. Jay Gabler, who talks all things music books every Wednesday on The Current, will be hosting while Current morning show host and deejay Jill Riley will be spinning records. Local singer-songwriter Al Church will be stopping by for a special performance as well.
