Concertgoers can expect a night of Christmas, jazz and R&B.

Grammy-award winning Belle is getting ready to release a holiday album, called My Colorful Christmas. It features timeless holiday classics, from the definitive “Silent Night” and “The First Noel” to the spiritual hymns “O Come All Ye Faithful” and “Hark the Herald.” Belle’s favorite track, “A Cradle in Bethlehem,” is a dazzling ballad slated to be the first single off the album.
“It’s always been my favorite holiday song because it’s not Christmas for me until I hear Nat King Cole and ‘A Cradle in Bethlehem’ is from his Christmas album,” says Belle.
The Couch Concert series, which became a staple during the pandemic, has featured a host of A-list musical acts. Artists who have performed in the virtual concert series include Avery Sunshine, Regina Belle, Kathleen Bertrand, Kenny Lattimore, Freddy Jackson, The Manhattans, Dottie Peoples, Howard Hewett and After 7.
The holiday season is one of shopping and gift giving. Unfortunately, scammers take advantage of this uptick in spending and activity and often prey on those who least expect it. During AARP’s Couch Concert, you’ll learn about a few simple ways to protect yourself from holiday scams and resources that you can reach for when you need reminders.
