Join us for a transformative Tuesday!

Starting in March, kickstart your Tuesday morning with an energizing 45-minute workout designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body! Led by fitness coach Will Roberts, this dynamic workout focuses on upper and lower body.

Workout Your Way! Whether you prefer to train with weights or use body resistance, and with or without a chair- including chair aerobics for a seated, low-impact option. This session is adaptable to all fitness levels. No experience needed, but you MUST consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Participation in this program is at your own risk.
