This year, one of AARP New Jersey's priorities is ensuring the health and safety of seniors in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In New Jersey, there have been more than 7,300 deaths of residents and staff in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Thus far, Governor Murphy has enacted six bills to reform long-term care.

Caregivers - below, you'll find resources to ask questions, file complaints, and learn about the changes that have been made in long-term care facilities since the pandemic began.
