Navigating Grief and Loss

Loss & Grief image

Loss and the grief that emerges from it are both deeply personal and also universal experiences. The path through is not a simple one, but it is well worn and understood -- and you do not have to walk it alone.

This is a year like no other, and that is especially true when it comes to grief and loss. Our pain is compounded by so many of the changes wrought by COVID -- we are isolated and cannot gather with loved ones; we cannot engage in the usual rituals; we are afraid for our own health.

Please join the Denver Public Library as they gather together virtually to explore the nature of loss and grief and how to navigate these very human experiences, especially during the pandemic. This series has eight individual sessions -- you can come to as few or as many as you like, but you must register for each one individually. For assistance, email Amy DelPo at adelpo@denverlibrary.org. This series is funded by the NextFifty Initiative.
