Moving with Val - Weekly Fitness Online Program with the 50+ in Mind

As part of The Good Life with AARP series, AARP Missouri is pleased to share with you an exciting new fitness series called Moving It!

Moving with Val is part of the Moving It! series and is a thirteen week strength-based training program with Coach Val Skinner and includes cardio, dance, yoga, and Pilates with information on nutrition and relaxation.   

Moving with Val will stream live every Wednesday from 6:00pm - 6:45pm on the AARP Missouri Facebook page or YouTube channel. Registration is not required and you do not have to attend every class.

Week one (October 7th):
