Movement with Renowned Houston Ballerina Lauren Anderson
Discover the magic of ballet through gentle movement and stretching with Houston’s own Lauren Anderson, a celebrated star from the Houston Ballet. Anderson’s groundbreaking journey began in 1983 when she joined the Houston Ballet as a corps de ballet member. In 1990, she made history by becoming the first African American principal dancer at Houston Ballet.
