Join Melissa, the founder of Caregiver Wellness Resources, for a Mindful Caregiver series focused on improving your quality of life, perseverance and ability to handle stressful situations.
Melissa will offer simple and easy-to-implement mindfulness tools and techniques you can use throughout the day. Her 30-plus years in the wellness industry and her understanding of the needs of caregivers ensures you will have the tools you need.
