Lunch and Learn: Property Deed Transfers

It's never too early to prepare essential estate planning documents. That's why AARP Texas is hosting a Lunch & Learn. The Wednesday, August 21, event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with registration beginning at 11 a.m. at the Home2 Suites by Hilton (747 Springmart Blvd. Brownsville).

Brownsville attorney Sharon Almaguer will discuss how to effectively transfer property or a business to another person. She'll also cover transferring property to fund a living trust or create a new deed if you want to include a spouse or remove a deceased co-owner.
