Group Exercise with the L.A. Soul Steppers | Tuesdays, June 10 at 8 a.m. | In-Person
Meet the L.A. Soul Steppers at the Crenshaw Family YMCA for a fun and free walk! The low-impact session starts and ends with stretching techniques. Register HERE.

Tea & Coffee Tuesdays: Pickleball without the Ouch | Tuesday, June 10 at 9 a.m. | Virtual
Pickleball is booming, but so are injuries! Hear from a kinesiology professor about how to stay safe in the court. Register HERE.
