Joys and Stresses of Caregiving Webinar April 16

Join us for a free online webinar on April 16 - the first in a three-part series for family caregivers hosted by the Nebraska Caregiver Coalition.

Dr. Julie Masters, Ph.D., will discuss how the joys and stresses of caregiving can co-exist and how living in the moment can prove to be a source of strength now and for later.

The session will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. CT and repeated from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. CT.
