In our May classes on healthy living, you’ll have the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your home, while also learning movements that emphasize balance, strength and flexibility.
Join us on Wednesday, May 17 for virtual Zumba Gold at 12 p.m. or virtual chair yoga at 6 p.m. ET.
Zumba Gold - May 17 at 12 p.m.
A Zumba Gold instructor will lead you through a low-impact, modified version of the wildly popular, Latin-inspired Zumba dance workout. Participants will have fun moving to international and Latino rhythms while standing or following moves from their chair.
Chair Yoga - May 17 at 6 p.m.
In this free, virtual class, a yoga instructor will lead you through postures while using a chair for support. This practice can help with balance, flexibility and strength.
Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join.
Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today! You do not need to be an AARP member to participate.
