Join AARP New Jersey for free, online brain health education with either tai chi or yoga on Wednesday, August 25. You’ll have the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your home, while also learning about brain health.



Join Us for Tai Chi and Brain Health Education!
August 25 from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. ET
REGISTER

In this one-hour, virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support brain health. Then, a Tai Chi instructor will lead participants through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress. Participants will be guided through basic Tai Chi movements that they can practice on their own.

Join Us for Chair Yoga and Brain Health Education!
August 25 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. ET
REGISTER

In this one-hour, virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support brain health. Then, a yoga instructor will lead participants through postures while using a chair for support. This practice can help increase balance, flexibility, strength, and reduce stress.

Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today!

Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with sign in details and a link to join the online Zoom meeting. 

You will need internet access for both virtual classes. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
