In this one-hour virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support a brain-healthy lifestyle and receive steps and resources to support brain health.
Then, Chef Carolina Moratti will lead participants through how to prepare a healthy brunch, featuring a delicious smoothie and spinach omelet.

In this one-hour virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support a brain-healthy lifestyle and receive steps and resources to support brain health.
Then, Chef Carolina Moratti will lead participants through how to prepare a healthy dinner, featuring salmon with coconut sauce and cauliflower rice!

For both classes: Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with sign in details and a link to join the online Zoom meeting. You will also receive a reminder email, which will contain the recipe presented in your class. You will need internet access for both virtual classes.
