There is no denying the importance of social connections for an individual’s physical and mental health. We also know that social isolation can increase during our winter months. Our La Crosse AARP volunteers wish to make gathering easier by hosting the first What’s Brewin’ Wednesday on February 12th from 4-6 pm at Pearl Street Brewery.

This is an open house style event and requires no advance registration. Come when you can and stay as long as you can. When you arrive, check in with an AARP-WI volunteer and receive a ticket redeemable for a free pint. As luck would have it, Wednesdays are also bring your own vinyl night at Pearl Street Brewery. So feel free to share your favorite music on the provided turn tables.

Future What’s Brewin’ Wednesday events are being planned for every-other month at various venues around La Crosse.

Do your part to combat winter social isolation and join us at Pearl Street Brewery on February 12th.
