Show yourself some love this February by taking time to enjoy our FREE, online Tai Chi classes!

Recharge with us during our one-hour virtual classes on Wednesday, February 23 at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET.

You'll learn more about AARP NJ and resources to support healthy living. Then, an instructor will lead you through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture and aim to reduce stress.

Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today! Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join. You do not need to be an AARP member to participate.
