Easing into retirement with some yoga

Join us this month for FREE, virtual tai chi classes!

Recharge with us during this one-hour class on Wednesday, April 27 at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. ET!

You'll learn more about AARP NJ and resources that support healthy living. Then, an instructor will lead you through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress.

Space is limited, so please register today! You do not need to be an AARP member to participate.
