In this one-hour class, we will explore and teach practical, easy-to-follow tips on downsizing and decluttering in your home. Then, a yoga instructor will lead participants through postures while using a chair for support. This practice emphasizes balance, flexibility, and strength.
Registration is required and space is limited. You do not need to be an AARP member to participate.
For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
