Join us for a Weekly Virtual Yoga and Mindfulness Series!

AARP Pennsylvania is excited to collaborate with Open Up to offer a weekly virtual Yoga and Mindfulness every week this Fall beginning September 1 and continuing through December 15, 2022. These virtual classes will bring gentle movement and a sense of calm to your day.

Open Up’s seasoned instructors will demonstrate how focused movement and yoga postures can improve flexibility as well as support growth in strength and mobility of the body and mind! Each session offers a toolkit of mindful practices to use off the mat and in daily life. Attendees of all abilities and skill levels are welcome.

Participation in all classes is not required – attend as many as you like! Please register below for each individual session:

“Open Up's mission is to teach mindfulness tools and movement practices that are inclusive and equitable for all,” says Open Up Cofounder Megan Sicheri. “It is important that all people have access to wellness practices and mindfulness tools that are integral to the wellbeing of individuals and their communities. Fun is also important to us, so we will always leave room for levity and joy in each class!”
