Join AARP PA in Honoring Local Veterans
Veterans Day is a solemn time to pause and recognize the dedication and sacrifice of our U.S. Military Veterans.
It's about honoring those who've safeguarded our nation and values. In this spirit, AARP is delighted to sponsor the 25th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast by the Veterans Leadership Program.
The Veterans Leadership Program’s 25th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Considered one of Pennsylvania's largest Veterans Day breakfasts, this occasion brings together 700 guests in person and virtually—including Veterans who served in WWII to the recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The event is held in the ballroom at Duquesne University, and tickets are available for $35. AARP volunteers will be on-site to share resources that empower Veterans, Military, and their Families to navigate the complexities of life's transitions.
