This Hispanic Heritage Month, AARP New Jersey continues to support Latinos. Your determination and strength have helped weave stronger, more tightly knit communities.
We invite you to celebrate your roots from home, and participate in our free virtual offerings.
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, on Wednesday, September 30, AARP New Jersey is hosting a virtual Zumba Gold dance class at 12 p.m. and a virtual Latin dance class at 6 p.m. ET.
The 12 p.m. Zumba Gold class is a low impact, modified, easy-to-follow version of the wildly popular, Latin-inspired Zumba Dance Fitness workout.
The 6 p.m. Latin Dance class will move you through dance styles and genres such as, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Flamenco and other Latin styles.
