The state office has two openings for members to serve on the AARP Louisiana Executive Council—one in Monroe and another on the Northshore. An Executive Council member is a top volunteer leader, making a positive difference in the lives of nearly 500,000 AARP members statewide.

Executive Council members serve two-year terms and are offered a flexible time commitment. Some travel is required, in Louisiana and nationally. Travel and other expenses are reimbursed.

Interested candidates should send an email, with Executive Council in the subject line, to lsscott@aarp.org. Please include contact details and a résumé.
