In Utah, Learn Tips to Avoid Scams, Identify Theft

According to the Federal Trade Commission, fraud and identity theft have been on the rise in the past five years.

To help people protect themselves, AARP Utah University is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, June 28, at 11 a.m., with the Utah Division of Securities. Division Director Jason Sterzer will offer tips to help attendees recognize and avoid scams and teach them the tenets of successful investing and financial planning.
