Help AARP Experience Corps Teach Greater Boston Area Kids Literacy

AARP Foundation Experience Corps volunteers are helping children in kindergarten through third grade learn to read- and you can too.

Children of Greater Boston and Framingham need us now more than ever due to the education disruption caused by the pandemic. Join Literations, a proud affiliate of AARP Foundation Experience Corps, and learn how you can become a volunteer literacy coach for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 school year.

Research shows that tutoring and mentoring programs like Literations help bridge the learning gap.

We will hold online information sessions this summer where you will learn more about how we provide vital support in schools and after-school programs for young students learning to read.
