Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity on Long Island?  If so, this event is for you! It's a one-of-a-kind virtual event to give you information about various volunteer opportunities at AARP Long Island. So, join us online and from the comfort of your own home, and learn and play with us.

Volunteering is a way to give back and simultaneously lift your spirits.  Make a difference in the areas that matter to you!  Just because you might be staying home more these days doesn't mean you can't still do meaningful volunteer work. Whether you have special skills and expertise you want to share, can offer a friendly voice and an empathetic ear, or are passionate about helping people 50+, we might have a volunteer opportunity that's right for you. And you can do it all from the convenience and comfort of your own home.

Join us and get to know more about some of our dynamic and creative volunteer-led initiatives.  And maybe you'll find a volunteer position that is right up your alley!

Are you ready to make a difference in your community? Please only CHOOSE ONE event.  Do not register for multiple events. They are all the same, and we want to encourage as many new volunteers as to join us!  Space is limited.

You'll hear from AARP staff and volunteers and learn about a variety of virtual (and eventually, in-person) volunteer opportunities we offer in the areas of advocacy, community outreach, and special events.  Then, we will play VIRTUAL MUSICAL BINGO!
We look forward to seeing you virtually!
