Guided Meditations: Wellness Wednesdays Series

AARP NY is proud to present a virtual program titled Guided Meditations for Increased Mental Acuity, Focus, Problem Solving, and Physical Coordination. The interactive 3-part series will be led by Ila Gupta MA., Psych.

*Whether you are new to the practice or already have some experience, this #WellnessWednesdays guided meditation series is open to all. Experience gentle breathing and meditation techniques that are designed to support mental focus, reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognition, and create a general sense of physical wellbeing.
