AARP in St. Louis partnered with Emmis Communications to present the 54th annual Moonlight Ramble. This was AARPâs 3rd consecutive year as the presenting sponsor. The event took place on Saturday, October 21 in downtown St. Louis. Over 260 AARP members and their guests received free registration to take part in this annual St. Louis tradition. In total, over 3,000 bike enthusiasts took to the streets that night.
Many activities were available throughout the event for people of all ages. New to the event this year – Food Trucks! They provided fuel for attendees before hitting the streets. AARP in St. Louis provided a free photo booth opportunity to commemorate their experience. In addition, we had several activities at our booth including a prize wheel and the opportunity to share feedback by writing on our AARP in STL vehicle.
Moonlight Ramble is the longest running nighttime bike ride in the US and a great source of pride for St. Louis. The event provides AARP in St. Louis the opportunity to engage with members and the community at-large along with promoting ways for people to Live Actively and Connect Locally!
