Take simple, but meaningful, steps to support your well-being and learn about AARP NJ available resources that support healthy living.

In our chair yoga class, a yoga instructor will lead you through postures while using a chair for support. The benefits of this practice include increased balance, flexibility, strength, and reduced stress.

Registration is required and space is limited.

For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
