Social Security is your money — you've earned it through a lifetime of hard work. It puts retirement in reach for MILLIONS of Americans and helps us afford every day expenses like groceries, gas and housing. For many older Massachusetts residents, Social Security is their only reliable, inflation-protected income source and it has been helping Americans since it's inception on August 14, 1935.

To celebrate Social Security turning 89 this year, come and meet AARP Massachusetts at one of our Get The Scoop on Social Security events this summer.

Register/sign up now to get your free ice cream and drop by anytime during the two-hours. This event is FREE and open to the public - you do not need to be an AARP member.

Receive a complimentary small ice cream and get the scoop’ on the latest information about the Social Security program.
