Get moving with virtual Tia Chi classes

Join AARP in Brownsville for our virtual tai chi series every Monday and Wednesday until October 28. Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of slow movements, accompanied by deep breathing. It is a gentle form of physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next, ensuring your body is in constant motion. Tai chi also has low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.

Tai chi can bring a positive impact on your health. It is known to enhance your sleep, help your immune system, lower blood pressure, improve joint pain, and much more. Immerse your mind and body with tai chi, all from the comfort of your home.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Don’t forget your yoga mat and other needed materials. These tai chi classes are every Monday and Wednesday from 11 am to noon. Be sure to register 15 minutes before each session.

Classes are available to a limited amount of participants, so don’t miss out.
