Get Moving with Mobility Mondays!

Looking for a fun and gentle way to stay active? AARP invites you to Mobility Mondays, a free, one-hour workout designed for all fitness levels and body types. Each session combines low-impact dance and yoga to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being.
The workout begins seated in a chair and gradually transitions to standing movements for those who can do so. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a safe and supportive space to move, our expert instructor will guide you with modifications every step of the way.
Mobility Mondays is offered every Monday through December 2025 and it's entirely free for everyone so you can share this information.
