Fun, food, facts found at The East End Street Fest

More than 4,000 people attended Houston’s eighth annual East End Street Festival. This street party hosted live music, art, cultural performances, and lots of food.

AARP in Houston was the Heritage Stage sponsor for this event. Staff and volunteers talked to event goers about the work AARP is doing in the community.

AARP in Houston also highlighted the organization’s StopRxGreed campaign which focuses on lowering drug prices. "Stop Rx Greed" is calling on Congress and state legislatures to crack down on unfair drug pricing that often puts medications out of reach.
