Join our virtual Friday Jam Sessions and enjoy some music-making while learning about the pillars of brain health! These six pillars are lifestyle choices and activities - from eating right and managing stress to getting high-quality sleep - that support healthy brain function. We’ll also explore the connection between music and brain health and ways you can use music to enhance your daily life and well-being.
You're welcome to bring instruments, but no music experience or instruments are needed to participate. Jam sessions will be held on the first Friday of each month through March 2024.
