Four-Part Seasonal Yoga Workshops Start in April
CHEYENNE - AARP Wyoming and Blossom Yoga of Cheyenne present an online, four-part seasonal yoga workshop series called The Rhythms of Well-Being, designed to support whole-person well-being through the changing rhythms of the year.
Led by instructor Jill Lovato, each 90-minute workshop focuses on the foundational practices for balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Together, these sessions offer practical tools, thoughtful reflection, and experiential practices that help participants restore energy, build resilience, and deepen awareness—meeting life with greater clarity, steadiness, and ease through every season. Sessions include:
Saturday, April 4 - Find Balance and Harmony in Body, Mind, and Spirit
Saturday, June 20 - Regulate and Restore, Boost Your Nervous System Resilience
Saturday, September 19 - Explore Yoga Mythology and Meaning
Saturday, November 21 - The Art of Stillness, Meditation for Daily Life

Lovato is the managing owner of Blossom Yoga in Cheyenne, where she leads wholehearted practices to bring peace and presence to everyday living. She draws on her extensive training in Hatha, Yin, anatomy and eastern spiritual and health philosophies to offer classes, workshops, series, retreats, and trainings grounded in traditional yoga practices and accessible to yogis of all levels of experience. Jill is also a lead facilitator with Blossom Yoga School, which offers 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings in Southeast Wyoming.
