February Yoga Sessions and Cooking with Chef Howard

Join AARP Kentucky and yoga instructor Cathy as we stay healthy, limber and strong during the new year. Every Wednesday in February, Cathy will lead us in a 45-minute virtual, chair yoga session. Are you feeling stiff with this cooler weather? Then you won’t want to miss this!

What you need:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfy clothes that are easy to move in
  • Sneakers
  • Sturdy chair – no rocking chairs
  • Computer or tablet to get on Zoom

Time: 11:00-11:45 a.m. ET

Then tune in February 17th for Cooking with Chef Howard as he prepares chicken piccata with asparagus. Chef Howard has traveled the world on chef tours, so you don’t want to miss this! Download the recipe, be sure to get all the ingredients, and let’s get cooking. If you can’t attend the live event, register anyway. You will receive a link to watch the event once it is over.
