Famed Photographer To Teach Photography Class For iPhone Users
CHEYENNE - Whether you’re capturing grandkids, travel moments, pets, sunsets, or everyday life, you don’t need a new phone to take better photos. You just need a little guidance and confidence. Picture This: iPhone Photography for Everyday Life is a four-week live virtual series designed for those who want to feel more comfortable using the iPhone they already own to take clear, meaningful photos and share them with others.
The series is free, online, and you don’t need to be an AARP member to take part. Click here to register or call 1-877-926-8300.
Led by world traveler and photographer Clifford Pickett, this friendly, practical series breaks down the iPhone camera into simple steps so you can learn without feeling overwhelmed. Each week builds on the last, helping you grow your skills steadily — from taking better photos in the moment to editing, organizing, and telling stories through your images. You will learn:
- How to use your iPhone camera more confidently
- Easy ways to improve lighting, timing, and composition
- Simple editing tools to enhance photos naturally
- How to organize and find photos so memories aren’t lost
- How to create albums and share images and stories with family and friends
Pickett is an innovative photographer and educator who travels the world leading photography experiences. He demonstrates that while gear is a tool, vision is paramount. As an adjunct professor at NYU and host of a series of courses with the iPhone Photography School, he highlights the creative potential of iPhones and the impact of computational photography. As a co-host of B&H’s “The Future of Photography,” he discusses AI's influence on the industry. His collaborations with brands like National Geographic, Adobe, and Apple enrich his work, while his Lightroom Bootcamp and Academy empower photographers to develop their craft within a supportive community.
All sessions are taught live on Zoom in a relaxed, welcoming environment, with a pace designed for clarity. Recordings are provided, along with AI summaries and worksheets, so you can revisit key tips anytime.
Please select all four sessions when enrolling, as each week builds on the last. It's ok if you miss a week, recordings will be available.
