There’s nothing quite like western Pennsylvania when autumn embraces us with her splendor. Take some time to explore the beautiful spaces in Allegheny County by joining AARP Pennsylvania and the Allegheny Land Trust for a 50+ FREE walking series beginning in September.

An Allegheny Land Trust educator will lead walkers in hiking Land Trust properties over moderate terrain and distances. There will be plenty of breaks to stop and learn about local flora and fauna, insects, land uses, and just in time for Halloween, one spooky area to send shivers up and down your spine.

Experience these local spaces and learn how they contribute toward building a more livable community for people of all ages.

These free walking events will take place rain or shine. Space is limited so register in advance.
